1. In the injection mold, the distance between the side hole of the push rod and other holes (such as screw holes, pin holes, return spring holes, cooling water holes, etc.) should be greater than 2.5mm.

2. The unilateral gap between the push rod and the push rod fixing plate should be about 0.5mm.

3. The unilateral gap between the push rod and the template should be about 0.5mm.

4. In the design, the standard size should be used as the size of the push rod, and the push rod head should not sink into the push rod fixing plate.

5. The guide holes of the push rod and the insert need to be matched according to H7/F7. However, in the injection molding of PA, LDPE and PP, the gap between the push rod and the push rod matching hole is less than 0.02mm. If it is too large, there will be flashes.

6. After the push rod is installed, the push rod fixing plate should be able to slide down automatically, and there should be no jamming phenomenon.

In order to ensure that the setting of the push rod is correct, if the top corner of the plastic part has a large rounded corner, it is necessary to draw a small contour line in the plan view. When the rounded corner is large, it should be drawn in the plan view. The tangent of the rounded corner is used as the boundary line of the putter position.

11. The distance between the push rod and the plastic part should be accurate, neither too far nor too close.

12. It is recommended to place the push rod at the bottom of the plastic part, not the top.

13. The plastic part needs to add a push rod on the inclined plane, because the push rod and the plastic part are easy to slide on the inclined plane, and the push force will be distributed accordingly, which greatly reduces the thrust force. The end face of the putter requires more than three small steps to increase thrust. At the same time, the putter head should also be prevented from turning.

14. For deeper columns (the height of the column is greater than 8mm), a push rod should be added at the bottom of the column as much as possible. In this way, not only the injection effect is good, but also the exhaust volume can be increased, which is beneficial to the melt filling. For short posts, add two push rods beside the post. Whether it is necessary to add an exhaust rod at the bottom of the column depends on the specific situation.
